About the Role:
Sunbrilo Technology is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile processes, coach teams, and drive continuous improvement across software development and QA teams. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, Agile certification, and proven experience leading multiple Scrum teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews/demos, retrospectives, and quarterly planning events.

• Track and communicate team commitments, velocity, and progress.

• Collaborate across Scrum teams to remove impediments and escalate unresolved issues.

• Coach team members to improve collaboration, self-organization, and Agile practices.

• Drive continuous improvement via retrospectives, feedback, learning, and mentoring.

• Ensure proper backlog refinement and well-defined user stories.

• Communicate progress and successes to product development executives and leadership.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 7+ years of technical experience with 4+ years as Scrum Master.

• Certification in CSM, Advanced CSM, SSM, PSM I/II/III, or SAFe.

• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Lean, Kanban, XP).

• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and Azure DevOps.

• Fluency with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

• Ability to manage dependencies between capacity, prioritization, software quality, and deadlines.

• Strong coaching, facilitation, and team leadership skills.

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
