Job Description:
The Scrum Master / Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and managing requirements for comprehensive eCommerce B2B solutions, covering products such as SFCC B2B, Salsify PIM, Umbraco CMS, Tenovos DAM, SAP ERP, WMS/3PL, DMS, payment gateways, and tax applications. The role involves working closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, technical leads, and Scrum teams to groom product features, clarify use cases, and develop functional solutions across multiple applications. The candidate will act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment with business goals while facilitating Agile delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand the project scope, gather requirements, document functional flows, and define DoR, DoD, and acceptance criteria.

• Ensure the Scrum team is aligned with business goals and product roadmap.

• Establish and maintain cross-functional coordination between business, IT, and 3rd party teams.

• Enhance epics and user stories based on features needed by Product Owners and stakeholders.

• Explain user stories and tasks to engineers and technical teams for design, configuration, and testing.

• Support Scrum Master and Product Owner in writing epics, user stories, and tasks.

• Translate complex real-world problems into feasible functional solutions.

• Demonstrate adaptability in a modern, lean, Agile delivery environment.

• Track requirement changes and ensure traceability throughout the project lifecycle.

• Use tools like JIRA and Confluence to update epics, user stories, and tasks according to product features.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years of relevant work experience with eCommerce solutions across SFCC B2B, Salsify PIM, Umbraco CMS, Tenovos DAM, SAP ERP, WMS/3PL, DMS, payment gateways, tax applications.

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.

• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with effective prioritization and influence.

• Strong understanding and experience with Product Roadmap, Backlog Grooming, and Agile methodologies.

• Excellent analytical skills and ability to convert business processes into clear functional specifications.

• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.

• Experience interacting with various levels of business and IT stakeholders for functional decision-making.

• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and other Agile project management tools.

• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and deliver timely solutions in a fast-paced environment.
