Job Description

Looking for an experienced Scrum Master with expertise in the Telecom Domain to lead agile teams and ensure effective project delivery within software development processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for development teams.

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

• Enforce Agile principles and remove team impediments.

• Collaborate with telecom domain teams for timely delivery.

• Promote continuous improvement and agile adoption.

Required Experience

• 7–12 years in software development or agile environments.

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master.

• Hands-on experience in the Telecom domain.

• Strong coordination and communication skills.

• Familiarity with Agile tools and SDLC.

Education & Skills

• UG: Any Graduate
