Job Summary
TEKsystems is seeking a highly experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery teams, drive continuous improvement, and ensure efficient, data-driven execution of technology projects. This role requires strong Agile coaching skills, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
Agile Delivery & Framework Implementation
Lead Agile teams by implementing Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies.
Ensure timely, high-quality delivery across multiple workstreams.
Facilitation of Agile Ceremonies
Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Coach teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement & Requirement Management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine business requirements.
Convert requirements into user stories and maintain product backlogs.
Analytics & Reporting
Use SQL and analytics tools to generate performance reports.
Track KPIs and provide actionable insights for strategic decisions.
Leadership & Coaching
Serve as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM); CSPO certification is an added advantage.
Mentor junior team members and promote a strong Agile culture.
Enhance alignment between business and technical teams.
Required Skills & Expertise
Proficiency in Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies.
Strong experience with Agile reporting, analytics, and KPIs.
SQL knowledge for data extraction and reporting.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Background in Banking or Financial Services (preferred but not mandatory).
Education Requirements
UG: Any Graduate
