Job Description:

ti Steps is looking for a Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in delivering high-quality software using Agile/Scrum methodologies. The candidate will facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, promote Agile best practices, and support the organization’s Agile transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

• Remove team impediments to delivery

• Coach team members on Agile and Scrum practices

• Collaborate with Product Owners for backlog grooming

• Promote continuous improvement and transparency via Agile metrics

• Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field

• 3–7 years in Agile development, 2+ years as Scrum Master

• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe frameworks

• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Azure DevOps

• Excellent facilitation and conflict resolution skills

Preferred Certifications:

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

• Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II)

• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)
