Job Description

The Scrum Master will be responsible for enabling Agile processes, ensuring sprint goals are met, facilitating ceremonies, and supporting cross-functional development teams to enhance performance and deliver consistent outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure sprint commitments and objectives are met.

• Resolve impediments and enhance team collaboration.

• Maintain and refine the Product Backlog with Product Owners.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives).

• Track and update all Scrum artifacts and team metrics.

• Ensure adherence to Agile practices and process guidelines (DOR, DOD, MoSCoW).

• Train team members on Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Scrum Master.

• Proficient in Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe Agile methodologies.

• Working knowledge of Jira and Agile metrics.

• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

• Sound understanding of software development processes.

Education

• UG: B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science
