About the Role:

VARITE is seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and ensure the successful delivery of technology solutions using Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving Agile practices, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing project execution, and fostering collaboration between technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and mentor teams on Agile and Scrum principles.
Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks.
Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs and clarify requirements.
Track and analyze key Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts) to improve performance.
Ensure effective stakeholder communication and project transparency.
Promote Agile best practices to achieve high-performing, self-organizing teams.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

17–20 years of professional experience, with proven leadership in Agile project delivery.
Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks.
Strong understanding of SDLC, DevOps, and CI/CD processes.
Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional Agile projects.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in project planning, risk management, and dependency handling.
Servant leadership approach with the ability to resolve conflicts and build trust.

Preferred Skills:

Background in Cloud, DevOps, or Enterprise Software environments.
Experience leading large-scale Agile transformations or distributed teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
