Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile delivery, coach development teams, and ensure smooth communication and collaboration across stakeholders. The role focuses on improving team efficiency and enabling continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Coach teams on Agile principles to improve productivity.

• Work with stakeholders to define project requirements and prioritize tasks.

• Enable clear communication and resolve team conflicts.

• Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports using Jira.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–13 years in software development or related field.

• Minimum 2 years as a Scrum Master.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum framework).

• Proficiency with Jira or similar project management tools.

• Strong communication and team facilitation skills.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
