Job Description:

Iris Software is hiring a Scrum Master – Lead to facilitate Agile development practices and lead cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate must have strong facilitation, communication, and coaching skills to ensure high-performing Agile teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure effective Scrum processes

• Remove impediments and resolve team conflicts

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on goals

• Track and report team performance metrics

• Mentor team members in Agile methodologies

Mandatory Competencies:

• Agile – SCRUM

• Strong communication and collaboration

Preferred Certifications:

• PMI – Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master (DASSM)
