Job Description:

The Scrum Master – Manager will promote Agile values, lead Scrum and SAFe practices, and enable teams to deliver efficiently across business and technical domains. The role includes driving Agile ceremonies, managing program governance, risks, and documentation, and supporting analytics functions related to payer and market access strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Scrum ceremonies and PI planning
• Guide refinement, estimation, and velocity improvement
• Collaborate with product managers on planning and issue resolution
• Maintain governance, KPIs, risks, and dependencies
• Manage JIRA dashboards, boards, and JQL reporting
• Maintain Confluence documentation
• Support analytics for payer, access, and reimbursement
• Partner with teams for requirement understanding and execution

Required Skills:

• Expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
• Hands-on JIRA & Confluence experience
• Strong Agile coaching and facilitation skills
• Ability to manage multi-team Agile programs
• Understanding of SDLC and project management

Preferred Skills:

• Market Access, Payer & Channel Strategy experience
• Strong data enablement exposure
• Excellent stakeholder engagement
• Adaptability and problem-solving mindset

Education:

No specific degree required; certifications mandatory
