Position Overview:

Mostedge is seeking a proactive and experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile project teams, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and drive continuous improvement across product delivery cycles. The ideal candidate is passionate about servant leadership, cross-functional team collaboration, and fostering a culture of agility and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Agile Leadership & Team Support:

• Lead Scrum ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Serve as a mentor and coach to Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum and Kanban best practices.

• Remove impediments and roadblocks, enabling teams to achieve high performance and delivery targets.

• Encourage continuous learning and improvement within the team.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized backlog and clarify user stories.

• Act as a liaison between development teams and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

• Provide timely progress updates and delivery forecasts to stakeholders.

Process Improvement & Metrics:

• Promote Agile principles across the organization and lead by example.

• Track team performance using Agile metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, and cycle time.

• Identify areas for scaling Agile practices and implement improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role.

• Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.

• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and other Agile tracking platforms.

Certifications:

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certifications (mandatory).

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and facilitation skills.

• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities.

• High emotional intelligence, with the ability to motivate and support diverse teams.

• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
