Job Description:

MSC Technology is hiring Scrum Masters to support Agile transformation initiatives and guide development teams in Scrum practices. The role is pivotal in driving Agile maturity, improving delivery efficiency, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

You’ll be expected to act as a servant leader, resolve impediments, facilitate scrum ceremonies, and coach cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily scrums, sprint planning, sprint demos, and retrospectives

• Track KPIs and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions

• Coach Agile practices across teams and foster Agile mindset

• Remove impediments and support development teams

• Promote continuous improvement through feedback sessions and retrospectives

• Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure transparency in progress

• Drive Agile transformation across teams and business units

Requirements:

• 10–15 years of total experience with a focus on Agile methodologies

• Experience in Agile Transformation projects

• Excellent communication and listening skills

• Strong in coaching, flexibility, and persistence

• Practical experience in using Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is mandatory

Education:

• UG: Any Graduate

• PG: Any Postgraduate
