Job Overview

Orcapod is hiring an experienced Scrum Master to join their team in Bangalore. This role requires strong communication skills and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools. Candidates with advanced Scrum certifications and SAFe framework experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum principles

• Utilize project management tools like Jira, VersionOne, or Rally

• Support team efficiency through continuous delivery and DevOps practices

• Manage release cycles and assist in release planning

• Provide timely updates to management and stakeholders

• Coach teams on Agile frameworks and methodologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Advanced Scrum certifications (e.g., PSM, SASM, SSM)

• Hands-on experience with Agile tools (Jira, VersionOne, Rally)

• Understanding of SAFe and Agile frameworks

• Experience in release management and continuous delivery

• Ability to effectively communicate across teams and leadership
