Position Summary:

Photon is hiring experienced Scrum Masters to lead Agile teams in the banking and financial services domain. This role requires managing complex product development cycles, coaching teams, and working closely with cross-functional stakeholders using Scrum and Agile frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coach multiple Agile teams through Scrum methodology
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, Daily Standups
Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure clear product backlog and sprint goals
Use project management tools such as Jira and Confluence to manage workflows
Identify and resolve impediments affecting team performance
Promote Agile best practices, servant leadership, and continuous improvement
Ensure alignment with DevOps, SDLC, and release processes
Report sprint metrics and team progress to leadership

Required Qualifications:

Experience:
- Minimum 7+ years in IT
- Minimum 5+ years as a Scrum Master
- Mandatory experience in Banking or Financial Services
- Preferable domain exposure to Wealth Management or Digital Investment
Certifications:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent) is required
- Advanced certifications (A-CSM, PSM II) are a plus
Technical Knowledge:
- Strong command of Agile/Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and DevOps environments
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
