Job Description:

Technowand is seeking a proactive and self-motivated Scrum Master & Project Coordinator to support Agile delivery and project execution. This dual role involves facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coordinating project activities, managing Jira boards, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones. The position is fully remote and supports projects operating in the Australian time zone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups and sprint meetings
• Perform sprint planning, capacity planning, and backlog refinement
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize backlogs
• Remove impediments and ensure continuous team progress
• Coordinate project deliverables and milestone tracking
• Convert client requirements into technical documentation
• Administer JIRA for task tracking and issue management
• Develop test cases and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure test coverage

Required Skills:

• Scrum & Agile methodology
• Project coordination and team handling
• JIRA administration
• User story creation and backlog management
• Strong verbal and written communication (English)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in Australian time zones
• Manual testing and SDLC understanding
• Client-facing experience
• Experience leading or mentoring teams

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (Preferred)
