Job Overview:

We’re seeking a proactive Scrum Master / Project Manager to guide agile delivery across multiple high-impact financial products. You will facilitate team ceremonies, manage timelines and risks, and foster cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, and QA teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)

• Support backlog grooming and product owner alignment

• Track velocity, risk, deliverables, and overall progress

• Act as a liaison between business, product, and engineering teams

• Coach agile teams and improve delivery practices

• Recommend tools and practices for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Prior experience as Scrum Master or Project Manager in agile teams

• Proficiency in Scrum, agile principles, and PM methodologies

• Tools: Jira, Confluence, Git/GitHub (Jenkins a plus)

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience handling multiple concurrent projects

• Background in fintech, banking, or other regulated industries

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMI, PRINCE2, or Scrum certification

• Experience with open banking, APIs, payments

• Exposure to scaled agile coaching or transformation projects
