Job Description:

GSPANN is hiring a seasoned Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead agile delivery across complex E-commerce, Retail, and CPG platforms. This role involves managing sprint ceremonies, stakeholder coordination, large team leadership, and end-to-end delivery governance while ensuring quality, SLAs, and timelines are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sprint ceremonies including stand-ups, grooming, demos, and retrospectives
• Plan PI and sprint cycles with accurate story point estimation
• Track delivery metrics, sprint progress, and KPIs
• Coordinate with technical leads and program managers
• Manage risks, dependencies, and unresolved blockers
• Lead scrum-of-scrums and POD-based delivery models
• Coordinate code reviews and application demos
• Engage with client stakeholders for requirements and decisions

Required Skills:

• Scrum / Kanban agile frameworks
• E-commerce or Salesforce B2B Commerce experience
• Project and program management
• GitHub and CI/CD pipelines
• Stakeholder and client communication
• Conflict resolution and leadership skills

Preferred Skills:

• SFCC, SAP ERP, Azure Integration Services
• Salsify PIM, Umbraco CMS, Tenovos DAM
• Continuous delivery and automated testing experience
