Job Description:
Prudent Globaltech Solutions is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead and mentor Agile development teams. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience working in Agile environments, with a strong focus on product development and cross-functional collaboration. You will facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and coach teams on Agile values, principles, and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

• Act as a coach and servant leader for Agile teams across multiple sprints

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify risks and ensure alignment with business objectives

• Guide and support Product Owners in backlog prioritization and maintaining transparency

• Track team progress using metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, and issue logs in Jira/Azure DevOps

• Plan and manage product releases, dependencies, and vulnerability backlogs

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement through feedback and agile best practices

• Ensure adherence to Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

• 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, ideally in product development environments

• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or Lean)

• Proficiency in Agile project management tools like Jira and Azure DevOps

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to manage multiple teams and coordinate cross-functional efforts

• Flexible to work in any shift timings

Preferred Certifications:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or

• Professional Scrum Master (PSM I)
