Job Summary:

Tech Mahindra is seeking experienced SAFe Scrum Masters to lead Agile teams, facilitate development processes, and contribute to the design and delivery of enterprise-grade software applications. This role combines Agile coaching, Java development, and DevOps practices in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a SAFe Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies and promoting adherence to Agile principles
Lead and mentor development teams in Agile and software engineering best practices
Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to define goals, deliverables, and timelines
Use Jira and Confluence for project tracking, documentation, and reporting
Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure Java-based applications
Integrate DevOps practices to optimize CI/CD pipelines and the overall development lifecycle
Ensure security best practices are embedded throughout the development process
Conduct retrospectives and implement continuous improvement plans
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends

Mandatory Skills:

Certified SAFe Scrum Master with hands-on Agile coaching experience
Strong expertise in Java development
Proficient in Jira and Confluence
Solid understanding of DevOps tools and practices
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks
Familiarity with microservices architecture
Experience mentoring junior developers and fostering technical growth

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
7–10 years of experience in software development and Agile methodologies
Proven track record of successful project delivery in enterprise environments
