Job Summary:

Williams Lea is hiring experienced Scrum Masters to lead Agile teams across geographies. The role demands effective facilitation of Scrum practices, team coaching, conflict resolution, and successful delivery of digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, reviews, retrospectives)

• Manage Agile project delivery and backlog updates

• Support the Product Owner in backlog prioritization and sprint planning

• Monitor progress through Agile tools and generate Scrum metrics

• Shield the team from external interruptions and clear delivery impediments

• Foster a high-performing, collaborative team environment

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Delivery Manager

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles

• Familiarity with User Stories, TDD, CI/CD, and automated testing

• Experience with JIRA or similar project management tools

• First-level Scrum Master certification (CSM/PSM) or willingness to obtain

Desirable Skills:

• Project management experience

• Experience with Atlassian Jira and Automation Hub
