Role Overview

Casepoint is hiring two Scrum Masters to support its agile software development teams. The Scrum Master will guide teams in applying Agile principles, ensuring smooth sprint execution, fostering collaboration, and removing obstacles that hinder progress.

The role requires leadership, facilitation, and technical understanding to promote a culture of continuous improvement and team empowerment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead project planning and define sprint schedules and release plans.
Coordinate creation of Release Planning Schedules and determine sprint length.
Assist Scrum teams in writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria.
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Support and coach Product Owners in backlog grooming and maintenance.
Ensure seamless communication between Scrum Teams and Product Owners.
Identify and remove impediments impacting team progress.
Test and validate product deliverables to ensure quality.
Adhere to established software engineering practices and standards.

Required Skills and Experience

2 to 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in Agile project management.
Strong understanding of Scrum theory, values, and frameworks.
Expertise in Agile practices, user story writing, and project risk management.
Skilled in Agile estimation, sprint planning, and team coaching.
Working knowledge of software engineering fundamentals.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps (TFS) or similar project tracking tools.
Excellent facilitation and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
Prior experience in a technology or software development environment.
