About the Role

FAIRPLAYMX is seeking a Scrum Master to lead and support Agile product development teams. The Scrum Master will ensure effective Scrum practices, foster continuous improvement, and enable high-quality product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a servant leader and Agile coach for product teams.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Collaborate with the Product Owner to maintain a clear and healthy backlog.

• Identify and remove impediments affecting sprint progress.

• Track and report key performance metrics such as velocity and burndown charts.

• Promote communication and collaboration among teams and stakeholders.

• Guide continuous improvement and Agile adoption across the organization.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II) or equivalent.

• 3 to 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master in product development.

• In-depth understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.

• Strong facilitation, coaching, and leadership abilities.

• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Rally.

• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices is an advantage.
