Position Overview

Inductive Quotient Analytics, in partnership with Experis, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to join its growing and innovation-driven team.
This role is responsible for leading Agile delivery, coaching teams on Agile frameworks, removing impediments, and ensuring a smooth, productive, and value-driven project execution environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, hands-on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and the ability to guide teams toward continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Facilitation & Delivery Leadership

Conduct and facilitate all core Agile ceremonies: daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Ensure seamless sprint execution by maintaining rhythm, team alignment, and clarity of deliverables.
Guide development teams and Product Owners on Agile principles and best practices.

Team Coaching & Process Improvement

Coach teams in adopting Agile behaviors, collaboration habits, and continuous delivery improvements.
Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and iterative progress.

Impediment Management

Proactively identify, surface, and remove obstacles affecting team productivity.
Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve dependencies and address bottlenecks.

Backlog Management & Stakeholder Collaboration

Partner closely with Product Owners to refine, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog.
Ensure requirements are clearly communicated, estimated, and aligned with sprint goals.
Support transparency and communication across teams, leadership, and stakeholders.

Monitoring & Reporting

Track project progress, sprint velocity, and team performance metrics.
Provide clear, consistent reporting on deliverables, timelines, risks, and improvements.
Ensure timely completion of project commitments.

Team Environment & Culture

Promote a collaborative, constructive, and high-performance environment.
Encourage open communication, knowledge sharing, and continuous team learning.

Required Qualifications

Experience & Knowledge

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in Agile environments.

Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution capabilities.
Ability to mentor teams and influence without authority.
Familiarity with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Trello is an advantage.

Certifications

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) is highly desirable and preferred.

Preferred Skills

Hands-on experience using Agile project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello).
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.
Broad understanding of Agile transformation practices and scaling frameworks.
