Role Overview:
As a Scrum Master – Senior Consultant, you will facilitate Agile practices and lead cross-functional engineering teams to deliver enterprise-scale solutions. You will play a dual role as a Scrum Master and a senior contributor, driving Agile transformation, mentoring team members, and ensuring efficient delivery across complex technology programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Act as a servant leader by removing obstacles, resolving dependencies, and maintaining team focus on sprint goals.

• Support the Product Owner in backlog management, sprint prioritization, and goal alignment.

• Coach team members in Agile methodologies and Lean delivery principles.

• Promote collaboration, transparency, and self-organization across multiple Agile teams or PODs.

• Maintain and report on Agile metrics, including sprint burndown charts, KPIs, OKRs, and delivery flow metrics.

• Lead discussions with analysts and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly defined and technically feasible.

• Provide technical guidance in architecture, development, and deployment processes.

• Oversee code deployment pipelines, integration standards, and CI/CD processes.

• Conduct reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and track key performance indicators for delivery excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile delivery role.

• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe).

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certification.

• Experience in managing multi-team Agile delivery using POD models and Scrum of Scrums.

• Proficiency with Agile project management tools such as JIRA, Jira Align, Azure DevOps, and Rally.

• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• In-depth knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC), estimation, and risk management.

• Working knowledge of version control systems (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket), CI/CD, and release management.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities.

Education:
BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc (Computer Science) or equivalent degree from an accredited university.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAFe Agilist certification or equivalent scaled Agile credential.

• Experience with automation, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps environments.

• Awareness of recent industry trends and their relevance to Agile delivery practices.
