Job Description:
Siemens is seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong software development background to manage 1-2 Agile Scrum teams. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery of high-quality software features while adhering to Agile best practices and organizational processes. The Scrum Master will facilitate sprint ceremonies, resolve impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage 1-2 Scrum teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives

• Protect teams from external distractions and resolve conflicts

• Collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders

• Coach teams on Agile/Lean practices and continuous improvement

• Monitor project metrics and risks, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards

• Support multi-site global teams and manage multiple project activities

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Engineering degree with 10+ years in software product development

• Minimum 3 years as Scrum Master in Agile projects

• Knowledge of software development life cycle and engineering processes

• Exposure to SAFe framework and Agile project management tools

• Strong facilitation, coaching, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
