About the Role

As a Scrum Master within the Digital Technology Services (DTS) division, you will guide Agile teams in applying SAFe and Scrum best practices, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure timely and high-quality product deliveries. You will play a critical role in improving delivery agility and aligning with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Servant Leader to Agile teams, fostering self-organization and high performance

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Grooming

• Coach and mentor teams on Agile/SAFe principles and continuous improvement

• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine backlog and ensure user stories are clear

• Manage risks and dependencies across teams and Agile Release Trains (ARTs)

• Work with peer Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to enhance team effectiveness

• Support transparent communication and agile delivery reporting

• Eliminate blockers and drive delivery excellence

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent

• 5+ years of professional experience including Scrum Master experience

• Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

• Proven track record in Agile/Scrum implementation and coaching

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills

• Team-first mindset with emotional intelligence and conflict resolution abilities

Preferred Certifications

• Certified SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
