Position Summary:

Talent Smart Soft Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Scrum Master to join its Agile delivery team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of Agile principles across cross-functional and distributed teams. The role involves facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing blockers, tracking deliverables, and enabling continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams.

• Lead all core Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

• Track sprint progress, velocity, and blockers using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.

• Work closely with Product Owners to ensure the product backlog is refined and prioritized.

• Coordinate with QA, DevOps, and business teams to ensure alignment and dependency management.

• Regularly report delivery status, risk logs, and progress updates to senior leadership.

• Champion Agile values and drive Agile maturity within teams.

• Mentor team members on Agile best practices and build a high-performance team culture.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe, PSM, PMI-ACP).

• Proficient in Agile frameworks: Scrum and Kanban.

• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

• Strong stakeholder communication and conflict-resolution skills.

• Proven ability to manage cross-functional and distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in Scaled Agile environments with multiple Scrum teams.

• Familiarity with Agile metrics like velocity and burndown charts.

• Background in software development, QA, or technical program management.
