Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily Scrum ceremonies and ensure Agile adoption.

• Support Product Owner in backlog grooming and defining acceptance criteria.

• Remove impediments blocking team progress.

• Monitor sprint commitments and drive performance improvement.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams through Scrum of Scrums.

• Implement engineering best practices (TDD, CI/CD, ATDD, etc.).

• Track metrics and ensure ALM tools are updated daily.

• Train teams on Agile frameworks and facilitate retrospectives.

Eligibility Criteria:

• UG/PG in any discipline.

• 8–10 years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, XP.

• Strong communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.

• Tools: JIRA, Confluence, ALM, XP, CI/CD, TDD, BRD.
