Job Description:

Wipro is hiring a Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for software development teams. The ideal candidate will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, drive Agile practices, remove blockers, and ensure the adoption of engineering best practices across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives

• Remove team impediments to support sprint success

• Support Product Owner with backlog grooming and prioritization

• Track Scrum metrics and ensure continuous improvement

• Promote Agile engineering practices like TDD, ATDD, CI/CD

Required Skills:

• Agile Scrum delivery

• Proficiency in tools: JIRA, Confluence, ALM

• Knowledge of Kanban, XP, Scrum of Scrums

• Excellent communication and team leadership skills

Educational Requirements:

• UG: B.Tech/B.E. in any specialization

• PG: Any postgraduate degree
