Full Job Description:
Advent Global is hiring a Scrum Master with strong experience in Workday Advanced Reporting to guide agile development teams. In this role, you’ll remove blockers, facilitate agile ceremonies, and drive team performance using metrics and coaching.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives

• Mentor and coach agile teams on methodology and best practices

• Address and resolve team roadblocks promptly

• Track Agile progress using appropriate metrics

• Lead cross-team collaboration and decision-making

• Support continuous process improvements and adaptability

• Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders

Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Scrum and Agile frameworks

• Must-have: Expertise in Workday Advanced Reporting

• Skilled at facilitating agile ceremonies

• Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)

• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

Education Requirements:

• 15 years of full-time education (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required)
