Job Summary:

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Consultant in Learning Experience Design for its Global Operate team. This individual will play a pivotal role in designing and managing global learning initiatives and instructional solutions that align with Deloitte’s strategic business goals. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, experienced in instructional design, and proficient in applying modern digital learning strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design, development, and deployment of innovative learning programs

• Consult with internal clients to deliver business-aligned training solutions

• Create content using modern e-learning tools (Articulate 360, Camtasia, etc.)

• Curate and align content to meet learning objectives

• Coordinate with vendors, learning teams, and brand teams

• Ensure optimal learner engagement and program interactivity

• Analyze data to improve learning effectiveness and ROI

• Stay current with L&D technologies and recommend solutions

• Mentor junior team members and contribute to team knowledge growth

• Prepare executive-level presentations and strategic insights

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7–10 years of experience, including 4+ years post-MBA

• Strong project management and stakeholder communication

• Expertise in adult learning theory and instructional design

• Hands-on experience with Articulate 360 (Rise & Storyline), Camtasia, GOMO, etc.

• Ability to work across geographies and manage virtual teams

• Strong analytical, written, and presentation skills

• Experience managing global L&D initiatives

• Knowledge of learning metrics, assessments, and reporting

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and SharePoint

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in managed services or delivery center environments

• Innovation, sales, or strategy background in L&D

• Familiarity with Deloitte’s 4E Continuous Learning Model

• SharePoint and digital content management expertise

Educational Qualification:

• Master’s Degree (MBA preferred)
