Job Overview:
The Senior Consultant Specialist will serve as a Scrum Master, responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies, supporting team performance, and promoting continuous improvement. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills and an in-depth understanding of Scrum and Agile practices. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

• Guide and coach team members on Agile Scrum principles and best practices.

• Act as a servant leader, resolving impediments and supporting the team’s success.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and Product Owners to maintain a prioritized product backlog.

• Ensure Scrum boards (e.g., Jira) are well-maintained and up to date.

• Analyze performance metrics such as burndown charts and recommend process improvements.

• Conduct 1-on-1 sessions with team members to promote collaboration and address concerns.

• Support continuous workflow optimization and drive process enhancements.

• Provide guidance on adapting Scrum practices to team dynamics and organizational changes.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a Scrum Master or similar Agile leadership role.

• Strong understanding of Scrum principles, ceremonies, and Agile artifacts.

• Certification preferred: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe, or Kanban.

• Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.

• Proven experience managing cloud migration projects is a plus.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.

• General conceptual knowledge of programming and database querying.

• Experience in risk management is highly desirable.
