Job Description:

Ray Business Technologies is seeking a highly accomplished Senior Functional Consultant to serve as a strategic advisor and functional lead for enterprise Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management implementations. This role is ideal for seasoned ERP professionals with deep domain expertise and a forward-looking mindset, capable of leveraging modern capabilities such as Microsoft Copilot, AI-driven automation, and real-time analytics to deliver transformative business solutions. The consultant will play a critical role in designing scalable architectures, driving business process transformation, and ensuring measurable client value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end D365 Finance & Supply Chain implementations from discovery to post-go-live optimization
• Architect scalable ERP solutions leveraging AI, automation, and Copilot-enabled capabilities
• Conduct business process workshops with senior stakeholders and C-level executives
• Model, document, and optimize end-to-end finance and supply chain processes
• Configure core D365 modules including GL, AP, AR, Budgeting, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Inventory, WMS, and Master Planning
• Define and oversee data migration strategies ensuring data accuracy and integrity
• Lead UAT planning and execution to validate business requirements
• Mentor junior consultants and act as the functional lead on projects
• Deliver user training programs to drive adoption and long-term success

Required Skills:

• 12+ years of ERP consulting experience
• Minimum 8 years of hands-on Dynamics AX / D365 F&O experience
• Strong expertise across Finance and Supply Chain Management modules
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale ERP implementations
• Power Platform expertise (Power BI, Power Automate)
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics Lifecycle Services (LCS)
• Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot and AI-driven automation
• Real-time analytics and business performance reporting
• Background in solution architecture and enterprise transformation
• Experience mentoring and leading large functional teams

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
