Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the complete D365 F&O migration lifecycle from planning to go-live and stabilization.

• Act as Product Owner, defining the roadmap, prioritizing features, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Conduct business requirement workshops, fit-gap analysis, and create functional solution designs.

• Focus on Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Budgeting, Cash & Bank) with exposure to Supply Chain and Projects.

• Manage UAT, end-user training, cutover planning, and data migration validation.

• Own product management post-migration, driving continuous improvement.

• Work with technical teams for integrations and enhancements.

• Provide post-go-live support, process optimization, and change management.

Eligibility Criteria:

• 10–15 years’ functional consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 F&O.

• Proven track record in ERP migration projects.

• Expertise in Finance module configuration & implementation.

• Experience with UAT, training, and data validation.

• Proficiency in Azure DevOps, LCS, and backlog management.

• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Power Platform integration (Power Automate, Power Apps) with D365.

• Exposure to Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps.

• Experience in ISV solutions & third-party integrations.

• Relevant Microsoft certifications (MB-500, AZ-204, PL-400).
