About the Role:
WeDigi Global Consulting is seeking experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Developers and Technical Leads. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in developing, customizing, and implementing D365 F&O solutions, with hands-on experience in X++, extensions, integrations, and performance optimization. A solid understanding of finance and supply chain modules is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement customizations and integrations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O using X++, C#, and related tools.

• Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Develop extensions, APIs, workflows, and reports (SSRS/Power BI).

• Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues.

• Support deployment activities across environments (Development, UAT, Production).

• Mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to Microsoft standards and ALM processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 F&O development.

• Strong programming skills in X++, C#, .NET, and SQL Server.

• Experience with D365 F&O extensions, customizations, and integrations (OData, Data entities, Azure services, Power Platform).

• Good understanding of finance and supply chain modules.

• Knowledge of LCS, Azure DevOps, and version control (GIT/TFS).

• Exposure to D365 upgrades/migrations is a plus.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Developer Associate (MB-300 / MB-500).

• Experience in performance tuning and environment management.

• Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Desired Attributes:

• Strong knowledge of D365 F&O modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing).

• Hands-on experience with Azure ecosystem, Power Platform (Power BI), and integration frameworks.

• Proven expertise in ERP implementations, data migration, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
