Job Description:

Cognial Artificial Intelligence Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead and scale Agile practices across complex, multi-team environments. The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on experience as a dedicated Scrum Master, with a proven ability to support multiple teams simultaneously and drive Agile maturity. This role requires strong leadership, facilitation, and coaching skills to ensure consistent Agile delivery across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies across multiple Agile teams
• Coach teams on Scrum principles and Agile best practices
• Support multiple teams concurrently and ensure effective delivery
• Scale Agile practices across complex and enterprise environments
• Identify and remove impediments impacting team productivity
• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders for alignment
• Monitor Agile metrics and drive continuous improvement
• Promote Agile mindset and process consistency across teams

Required Skills:

• Scrum Methodology expertise
• Agile Frameworks and practices
• Experience supporting multiple Scrum teams
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills
• Ability to scale Agile in complex environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Preferred Skills:

• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience
• Agile coaching or transformation experience
• Exposure to AI or technology-driven organizations
• Scrum Master or Agile certifications
