Job Description:

MostEdge is seeking an experienced and passionate Scrum Master to support the delivery of innovative and transformative technology solutions. The role focuses on driving organizational agility, enabling high-performing teams, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. As a Scrum Master, you will act as a servant leader and Agile coach, ensuring Scrum principles are effectively implemented while aligning teams and stakeholders toward shared goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and facilitate all Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Remove impediments and resolve roadblocks affecting team progress
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog
• Act as a bridge between development teams and stakeholders to ensure clear communication
• Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and delivery timelines
• Encourage continuous reflection and improvement within the team
• Coach teams on Agile and Scrum best practices
• Track and report Agile metrics such as velocity and burndown charts
• Support scaling of Agile practices across projects where required

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks
• Hands-on experience with Scrum, Kanban, or similar Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as JIRA

Preferred Skills:

• Experience as an Agile Coach or leading large Agile teams
• Exposure to scaling Agile practices in growing organizations
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills
• Ability to inspire, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
Postgraduate degree preferred
Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM, or equivalent are strongly preferred
