Job Description:

Qpact Solutions is looking for a Senior Scrum Master to join their Hyderabad team. This role is ideal for candidates with extensive experience working with onsite client stakeholders, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to align teams toward project goals. The position demands hands-on experience managing large-scale Data and AI initiatives while navigating the technical and delivery complexities associated with such programs.

The Senior Scrum Master will drive Agile best practices across teams, facilitate smooth project delivery, and foster continuous improvement, ensuring that all stakeholders are engaged and informed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Collaborate closely with onsite client stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication
• Manage backlog refinement, sprint tracking, and release planning
• Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration for large-scale Data and AI projects
• Identify and remove impediments to project delivery
• Track metrics and provide regular reporting on team progress and performance
• Mentor teams and promote Agile best practices across the organization
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and sprint management
• Hands-on experience with Data and AI initiatives
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple teams and large-scale projects
• Solid project management and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in IT services and consulting environments
• Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe
• Exposure to product management practices and tools

Education:

UG: Any Graduate
PG: Any Postgraduate
