Position Overview

As a Senior Scrum Master, you will facilitate Agile processes and coach teams in Agile best practices, with a strong emphasis on Scrum and Kanban. You’ll be instrumental in enabling continuous delivery of value, improving team dynamics, and driving Lean-Agile mindset across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Guide Agile teams to adopt Scrum and Kanban principles effectively
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Stand-ups, Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives
Promote continuous improvement and relentless team learning
Support Product Owners in backlog refinement and prioritization
Ensure optimal flow of work and value across the team
Drive Agile maturity and adoption of lean principles
Coach on WIP limits, flow visualization, and policy definitions
Monitor metrics through tools like JIRA and enable data-driven decisions
Remove impediments and act as a servant leader to the team
Foster collaboration and alignment across cross-functional teams
Present team progress to senior leadership and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile)
Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA
Agile certifications preferred (e.g., CSM, CSP, CSPO)
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
