About the Role

As a Senior Scrum Master, you will be a part of the global Agile transformation journey at S&P Global. You’ll guide high-performing teams in implementing Scaled Agile principles, manage cross-team dependencies, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Servant Leader and mentor for Agile teams

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives

• Coach teams on Scaled Agile (SAFe) practices and continuous improvement

• Work closely with Product Owners to ensure clear and prioritized backlogs

• Proactively identify and resolve impediments, risks, and team dependencies

• Ensure transparency in progress and delivery through open communication

• Collaborate across teams with other Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, and Release Train Engineers

• Support solution design, project delivery, and cross-functional alignment

Basic Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a Scrum Master or Agile delivery role

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.Tech/B.E. or any related field)

• Working knowledge of SDLC and Agile practices

• Experience in risk mitigation, project tracking, and team coaching

Preferred Certifications

• Certified SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)

• Certified PSM or CSM (Scrum Alliance / Scrum.org)
