Job Description:

As a Senior Scrum Master, you will drive Agile transformation, lead key ceremonies, support sprint delivery, and work closely with cross-functional teams to improve team performance. This role is pivotal in supporting product development efforts in capital markets and financial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Retrospectives, Reviews

• Act as a servant leader guiding the Agile team on best practices

• Manage risks, scope changes, sprint goals, and coordinate testing efforts

• Conduct business analysis, gather requirements, and define database solutions

• Mentor team members and improve Agile maturity

• Track team performance using data and metrics

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

• 5–9 years as a Scrum Master

• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile principles

• Business analysis and requirement gathering expertise

• Proficiency with SQL queries and basic database structure knowledge

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

• Experience with tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, Trello

• Familiarity with SDLC, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Experience using AI tools for Agile events, story creation, and analytics
