About the Role:

The Senior SEO Specialist will lead website and YouTube SEO strategies to enhance organic reach, brand visibility, and engagement. The role demands a blend of analytical expertise, creative content development, and a deep understanding of SEO trends across web and video platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and manage end-to-end SEO strategies for websites and YouTube channels.

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify content gaps.

• Create, edit, and optimize SEO-friendly content including blogs, web copy, and YouTube video metadata.

• Implement YouTube SEO best practices across titles, descriptions, tags, playlists, and thumbnails to maximize visibility and retention.

• Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to produce high-quality, optimized digital assets.

• Analyze website and channel performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and TubeBuddy/VidIQ.

• Generate performance reports with actionable insights to improve rankings, CTR, and engagement.

• Manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to ensure optimal website health and domain authority.

• Stay up-to-date with algorithm updates, industry trends, and AI-driven SEO techniques.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• 3–4 years of proven experience in SEO and YouTube SEO optimization.

• Expertise in keyword research, analytics, and content strategy execution.

• Proficiency in SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, TubeBuddy, VidIQ.

• Strong content creation and editing skills aligned with SEO best practices.

• Working knowledge of HTML, schema markup, and CMS platforms (WordPress preferred).

• Analytical mindset with a strong ability to interpret data and derive insights.

Good to Have:

• Experience in YouTube video marketing and paid campaign management.

• Familiarity with AI-driven SEO or content generation tools.

• Understanding of cross-platform SEO including social media and Google My Business (GMB).

• Certifications in Google Analytics, HubSpot, or YouTube Marketing.
