About the Role

Aquilon Tech is seeking a proactive and results-driven SEO & Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen its online presence. The ideal candidate will lead SEO efforts and execute high-impact digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies

• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and rank tracking

• Optimize website structure, content, and metadata

• Manage authority-based backlink campaigns

• Launch and monitor Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and email campaigns

• Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights

• Stay updated on SEO trends and algorithm changes

Required Skills & Tools

• Experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog)

• Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Mailchimp/SendGrid

• CMS familiarity: WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS

• Strong analytical and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in content marketing or copywriting

• Understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

• Knowledge of local and international SEO strategies
