Position Overview

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist to lead and execute SEO strategies across our digital platforms. This remote role is ideal for candidates with strong experience in technical SEO, local SEO, and B2B content optimization, especially within logistics, freight, or international trade industries.

Core Objective

To implement and manage SEO strategies that increase qualified traffic, enhance visibility, and support lead generation in the global logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies across core geographies

• Optimize service pages (FCL, LCL, warehousing, drayage, etc.) for target keywords

• Conduct technical SEO audits; resolve crawl issues, improve site speed, and implement structured data/schema

• Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles (U.S. and international)

• Collaborate with the content team to build optimized landing pages and blog content

• Monitor performance metrics including keyword rankings, CTR, traffic, and conversions

• Perform competitive analysis to uncover content and backlink opportunities

• Coordinate with developers to apply SEO best practices site-wide

• Align SEO efforts with the overall digital marketing and lead gen strategy

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–7 years of SEO experience with proven results, preferably in B2B or logistics

• Expertise in technical SEO, local SEO, and on/off-page optimization

• Experience managing Google Business Profiles and local citations

• Proficiency with SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Search Console, Screaming Frog

• Familiarity with WordPress or CMS platforms; basic HTML skills

• Understanding of U.S. shipping, Incoterms, and logistics buyer journey is a plus

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into results

• Bonus: Exposure to CRO and lead generation strategies
