About the Role

Virtusa is seeking an experienced Tech Scrum Master with strong technical and leadership skills to lead software development projects. The ideal candidate will have a technical background in Java microservices and cloud technologies, combined with hands-on experience in Agile methodology and Scrum practices.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Mentoring

• Lead and mentor a technical team effectively.

• Provide guidance in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and best practices.

• Train, mentor, and support Scrum teams to follow Agile principles and values.

Project & Agile Management

• Plan, manage, and deliver software solutions using Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).

• Track project progress, tasks, issues, risks, and action items.

• Monitor team performance and facilitate continuous improvement.

• Organize demos, product/system testing, and sprint reviews.

• Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders.

Technical Expertise

• Hands-on experience with Java Microservices, Spring Boot.

• Knowledge of Cloud (AWS), Docker, and Kubernetes.

• Ability to support technical decision-making, code reviews, and solution design.

Education

• UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization

• PG: Any Postgraduate
