Job Summary:
STAEDEAN Life Sciences is seeking a technically strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Technical Consultant with more than 5 years of experience in Dynamics AX/D365FO development. The consultant will provide technical support, solution development, customization and integration services for global customers and partners using Dynamics 365 F&O and associated Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as primary technical contact for remote service and support requests related to Dynamics AX / D365FO solutions
• Analyze, investigate and prioritize support incidents; provide high quality workarounds or permanent solutions
• Develop technical customizations including X++ development, extensions, data entities, workflows and reports
• Create and review Technical Design Documents and collaborate with functional consultants for clarification of requirements
• Perform data integrations and migrations using DMF, Logic Apps, APIs, SSIS and related technologies
• Execute build and release management activities (deploy models and deployable packages through LCS)
• Reproduce reported issues in standard environments and perform detailed technical root cause analysis
• Collaborate with development team to resolve incidents and verify software fixes
• Ensure documentation of solutions, technical specifications and knowledge base articles
• Support Dynamics 365 environment management including security administration, batch jobs and system configurations
• Maintain high communication standards and professionalism while engaging with international customers and partners

Required Skills:
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 F&O / AX2012 development (X++, C#, SQL Server)
• Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 F&O technical architecture, extensibility and customization frameworks
• Hands-on experience with SSRS, SSIS, Azure DevOps, Logic Apps, DMF and web services
• Knowledge of Trade & Logistics, Project Accounting, Security and Workflow functionality in D365FO
• Experience with ISV solution installation, upgrade and configuration
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work with global stakeholders

Preferred Skills:
• D365FO Technical Certifications (MB-300 / MB-400)
• Experience with Power Apps / Power BI
• Familiarity with ISV deployments and Azure-based integration scenarios
• Prior experience working in cross-cultural or multi-regional delivery environments

Education:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant engineering field
