Job Summary:
Lead requirements gathering, documentation, business analysis, and stakeholder communication. Act as a bridge between business and technical teams while driving end-to-end project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirement elicitation and documentation

• Prepare BRDs, FSDs, process flows, user stories

• Conduct feasibility and impact analysis

• Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers

• Manage communication between business and technology teams

• Conduct business process modeling and improvement

• Support UAT, change requests, and sign-off processes

• Adhere to Agile practices including Scrum and Kanban

Technical Skills:

• Requirement documentation (Functional & Technical)

• EPIC and story writing, backlog prioritization

• UML diagrams

• Wireframes / mock-ups

• Effort estimation (stories, epics, function points)

• Data analysis, mapping, data flows

• SQL basics

• Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Figma/Balsamiq/Axure RP

• Exposure to GenAI (ChatGPT, Copilot)

Domain Expertise:

• US Banking

• Credit Cards (Consumer, Business, Secured)

• Business Banking and Payments

Soft Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication

• Stakeholder & vendor management

• Conduct workshops, walkthroughs, and stand-ups

• Coordinate with global delivery teams

Education:
B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA preferred
