Job Overview:

Concentrix is hiring a Technical Scrum Master to lead 2–3 agile teams through effective implementation of Scrum practices. This role requires strong facilitation, team coaching, and agile mentoring to help drive high performance, delivery efficiency, and continuous improvement across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide and coach 2–3 Scrum teams in Agile practices and values

• Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives)

• Support teams using Scrum and Kanban methodologies

• Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth delivery

• Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog health and prioritization

• Foster a high-performance environment with a focus on continuous learning

• Shield teams from external disruptions and distractions

• Enable effective communication between teams and stakeholders

• Drive agile adoption across the organization

Required Skills & Traits:

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

• Experience in leading Scrum ceremonies and managing multiple teams

• Excellent facilitation, communication, and team leadership skills

• Ability to support Agile transformations and change management

• Commitment to Agile values: transparency, inspection, adaptation

• Strong collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders and product leadership
